Was pretty amazed...a live person answered on the first ring! Gave them my feelings on an innocent man, possibly about to be made an example of! Demanded that President Obama live up to his campaign promises, and get the Feds out of state issues. Also voiced the need to take a serious look at rescheduling cannabis, and taking off the blinders when it comes to the production of hemp based products, and how they can help to pull our country out of financial hell. Now what exactly is done with the info/suggesstions, etc. taken from these phone calls??? I'd guess that likely, it's not much... but it did feel good to get it off my chest! | |

They are trying to force Obama to micro-manage them when there is no time for that. If Obama allows Mr. Lynch to get 5 years he will lose thousands of supporters. I would be happy for a pardon!!! |

Rep Power: 42942 |  Re: Department of Justice refuses to intervene In layman's terms, what the DoJ stated is: The evidence shows CL is guilty of the charges filed by the feds and that CL's actions were not indicative of medical marijuana, in their opinion. What evidence did they use to establish that CL was involved in the illegal sale of mmj??? That's what needs to be articulated at the sentencing hearing. The DoJ is saying, CL acted outside of the CA law, well...then that needs to be clearly articulated at the sentencing hearing, the judge has to have proof that CL was engaged in illegal sales outside of California law to prosecute and sentence him. I am looking forward to reading the transcripts from this trial. |
