BUT I hope somebody posts whether or not he gets a retrial because if he does and prevails he won't need sentencing letters. But if he is unlucky and does not prevail on the re-trial issue you'll want to make sure everyone gets their sentencing letters in by the drop dead date and really, you'd want as many letters as possible. I'd been holding off on mine until he heard whether or not he has a re-trial. |
