I'm at Charlie's house right now. He told me he's out on $400,000 bail with his families property tied up. A San Luis Obispo Sheriff (The same sheriff's department that investigated and raided Charles with the DEA) is charged with Child Pornography and is out on a $5,000 bail. I don't get it. Someone has to explain this injustice to me. My brain can NOT fathom the logic. Isn't that against his constitutional right to fair bail?

Since the sheriff is not likely to be convicted, hes not considered a flight risk. Now with Charles he is seen a flight risk. Why? Because he has already been convicted.

Please don't shoot me on this one. But since I've had prior dealings with the Feds on business and tax related issues, I'm not as optimistic as most.

As far as I know the FBI investigated and arrested the sheriff deputy...last I checked FBI was feds.

This is charles lynch's first arrest EVER. As far as I know he's never had a traffic ticket. He was convicted of CANNABIS-ONLY charges and he ran his dispensary by ALL the book (I saw them in federal court). I do NOT know of any coop that runs their business as well as Charles ran his. Wannbe or NOT, I'm here to help not hurt and my opinions are backup with facts.
