What’s good about Cancer!!!

Okay screw it, this SOB (Large Cel Lymphoma) is NOT going to get me down. This last Chemo session kicked my butt. Man they must have FINLLY broken out the GOOD SHIT! (ha ha ha) = wow am I weak … I’ve been out of bed for maybe 8 hours total maybe a little more since last week (10/15/08) my 7th of 6 chemo sessions. (7 of 6 you off dude, Nope = we went into over time – the 6 didn’t knock it back! So they are ‘letting’ me do 2 more! Yippy skippy!)

So what’s good about Cancer?

Well frist place as you all know you get great parking! Handcapped.

And you get quick seating at dinner!

Also those parties you get stuck going to, that you always want a reason to leave? Well with Cancer you got the PREFECT EXCUSE! Hell we were at a benefit dinner last Saterday and pressing the flesh with all the important types, and I just said to the folks, “Gosh I’m weak I want to leave.” And my lady et al didn’t go “Oh but can we stay just a little longer?”

Nope we were out of there in a flash!

Oh and since I’m in bed so much, my back isn’t bothering me much at all – upper or the dreaded lower …

… and NO MIGRAINES!!! = Yahoo – with cancer / chemo I get a “mild” head ach and the shits (squirts) and all kinds of weird ass stuff like that – but NO MIGRAINS = yippy skippy …

And like tonight – we got this ‘party’ we got to go to – city council types – nice people really, but gawds – enough is enough – per SOP – so I’ll just go “Gee sweety, honey I’m feeling kind of weak.” (which I am) and we’ll be in and out in a hot minute! Drop off a quick home gift and say “Hi” and make a loop and we’re out of there ..

See CANCER ROCKS + no worries about parking!

The “no hair down below” is a bit WEIRD – and the ‘too weak’ to do anything about my cute blond gril friend is a BIT of a F*n bummer – but I keep asking for ‘help’ and playing the ‘cancer card’ and its still working (wink) so its all good!

Humm after I beat this – I’m thinking of running the ‘apray cancer card” (think on this!!!) –

“So sweety I’ve got my life back – I got to live it – don’t know how long – bla bla bla …”

Wonder how much that would buy me for foolin around on m sweety???

this is a bit off the original topic but I am trying to find out what strains and exctly what works best for cancer patients. I have a new friend who has cancer on their brain, they seem to be taking it like a champ but I am sure it must me hard, i have gone through it with a bunch of my fam (mom, dad, etc) but I would like to be able to give them some ideas on what would really be good for them as far as mmj goes. Any help would be great. You can pm or whatever. thanks

Hey 6 good to hear your spirits are up I pray that they stay that way. I know with me prayer rates high. I also used a full spectrum triple mushroom by Swanson and a product called Source Natural AHCC. What it does is increases the natural killer cell activity. I used it and it helped my Gleason score. I also used it one month before surgery and use it every day now. Thank the Lord every day for being alive. Take care KR

life is full of challenge, and i'm learning that to share our storys seems to lighten the load, which seems to help us perform better in healing. also when the story gets to compassionate, empathetic souls, the love/health light starts shinin...

i have great fondness for 666, so dont hate on me when i sign off and call him a dirty ole hippy,
