(i don't have a car, so asking for a ride to a dispensary and then being disappointed is frustrating)

So if people could talk about their experiences that'd be cool.
And it'd be better if people wouldn't bash on others comments.

MEC was a great expierience for me. I am glad there is finally a local place to go for meds in the IE. The place is still being set up so the selection was limited.. but i expect good things. I will definately be going back, the quality of the meds was excellent.

hey there, I live about 3-4 blocks from mec and have been there to get SOMETHING everyday since they have been open. VERY VERY good meds, even the "middle section" was all very dank and pungent. got some of the headband from the middle section and OMG it is the best headband iv'e had in a LONG time! they are stocking like 4 or 5 different kinds of hash also. even the meds that were listed in the 50-8th range looked and smelled very smokeable! Everyone there is very polite and proffesional, as far as the selection goes: everyday so far they have been adding new stuff, it's getting better quicky. not the cheapest in the world, but as others have pointed out, it is the CLOSEST a coop has been to many patients, including myself! brownies are BOMB, could be bigger though! hope that helps, u should go at least check them out, very bomb meds! just remind them of the first time discount, as i believe it is only for weedtrackers!

I went today and it was great! Everything super fresh and a selection for everyones budget. Probably one of the most professional, organized and clean places i have been to in a long time. Good job MEC and keep it going. Dont forget to mention the weedtracker discount they hooked it up FAT!

i was in there yesterday i got the sour head band and it is pure fire. it was one of the 70 dollar eights but i got it for 60. they gave me a first timer discount. i really like this, place, i will be going back.

I'm loving this place more and more. picked up some good meds yesterday. Some LA ConfXBubba (home from work), Super Silver Haze(going to bed), Outdoor Purp/Green Cloud (everyday functioning), Brownie, and one of those Mixed J's (potent as hell to me!). The location is cool. Oh yeah, watch coming here on the 60, the Badlands sux between 4-5:30...thinking of taking 79 next time....

i was going to post a review but ill just do it here. Also they are called BPCA not MEC anymore.

location:very easy to find and a good amount of parking.

verification:all tho they dont pre verify the verification was quite fast. in the end they waited on me to finish paper work. not like they have a lot of paper work, i was just skim reading the rules.

service:the security gaurd was coo. the budtender didnt seem to happy to be there and didnt seem to happy that i was asking to view all the meds but oh well thats how i am when i shop. as a first time i got 15% off and he said a free J but when i got home there was no J :cursing:. i started to look around so i didnt even watch him package my meds so oh well

MEDS:ok where to start...when i get to the back room i see that they have glass jars that store the meds but they just for display. what u get is a pre pack. which i dont mind as long as im getting what i ask and it weigh what it should. i asked to look at there most potent indica. what he shows me is OG kush thats 70e...but it looked like its been kifed. i didnt see no xstal and the aroma was like dry hay. i then asked to see the super silver haze....and that was worst. i looked at the rest and all seemed to be very bad quality....im into quality over price but this place the meds dont seem to match the price...i think this place should cap lower b/c the quality is very low grade to what im used to get for 70e. so i didnt want to leave empty handed so i got a gram of amber glass which i hope is good, there version of shiva xstals but looks like press hash, gram of og kush hoping its better then it look but its not. even broken up doesnt smell nothing like og, it hits right away but gone in mins kinda like mid grades do to me.

I will rate this place with a :thumbdown: b/c of high price on lower grade meds. i would actually drive out to the city or the valley spend more on gas to get better meds. i posted before that i would drop this place if the quality wasnt there.....consider this place DROPPED......maybe ill keep them in mind if i really need a place to go and i dont want to travel far or only have 20 bucks to spend.

i dont like pre weigh at all

its not that much effort to keep a scale and a tray there

takes less than 30 extra seconds and it makes ths customer feel much better

plus, meds are fresher

I went there today to check it out cause its so close.

First Off, It was very close, only about 20mins away if that from where i live (Moreno Valley). Traffic was very light.

The place wasnt too hard to find cause i read on here before going and it says No writing on the door just the a big E and the address.

you give a gentle knock and the secuirty lets you in. He was pretty friendly and rides a harley.

There very discreet so dont blast your music, look gangsta, be loud, or opening your meds outside. this is very understandable because theres a church and school i believe not too far and there surronded by other buisnesses.

The menu was pretty wide.
Cheaper then the online menu.

i dont remember the 1/8th prices.
i got some Sour Headband which looks very dank and very light brown almost white hairs. Tastes great and gets you lifted.
my friend BlackBerry which was also very good.

These were the the super highs and since it was our first time we got 2 free joints and 15% off so it came to 20 each.

wide selection of hash, small but very potent(claimed) edibles.
And a pretty Friendly Clerk. Very Very clean and welcoming.

I was very surprised. I DO recomannend this to anyone in the IE.
i will be returning.

Only bad thing is i didnt see any quarters or 1/2oz.

that J is killa...had one for about 2 days...few tokes and put it out..the edibles are good too, and I'm not really an edible person..

I went in for my first visit on Saturday 6/27. The set up was pretty chill and the people seemed pretty relaxed. After I checked out what they had to offer I made my donation and recieved 15% off. The bag came stapled with a piece of paper warning to follow the laws as it pertains to you and your perscription and to keep the bag stapled till you reach your destination. When I reached my destination about 2 hours away I opened the bag to find that I did not recieve my full order. I had ordered a quarter of their Jack Pot and an eighth of the OG Kush, but I only recieved an eighth of each. I called them immediately after realizing this, and after talking with a couple different people, they took my name and phone number and said they would be giving me a call back. I still havent heard from them so I doubt I will be going back to the store. If you happen to go to the store I would definitely say ignore the paper stapled to the bag, and check your medicine.

My wife likes going here only because it's closer to home. Myself on the other hand would rather drive somewhere that doesn't do this:

1.) .All of BPCA's stock is pre-weighed, stale, and dry. It really sucks cause the medicine containers aren't air tight and the buds are always dry and stale.:thumbdown:

2.) The top shelf at BPCA is $70 and not top shelf material.:thumbdown:

3.) BPCA doesn't carry any clones what-so-ever.:thumbdown:

4.) Without asking for your permission, BPCA feels it they can vandalize your Dr.'s rec. with their stupid little sticker that is impossible to take off without destroying your rec. I had to drive all the way out to Hollywood and pay for a new copy because trying to remove the sticker destroyed my rec's "propper" appearance to LEO's. and now that my new copy doesn't have their little sticker on it BPCA gives me grief.

5.) The unhappy dude that serves you medicine in nurses' scrubs. It's tacky. I like someone with knowledge of the strains they carry....not someone who only knows the names of the strains and looks like he wants to take my temperature!

Yup!!! sucks. I normally stay in the $60 range which are all good strains but other then that i think this place has better quality meds then any other place out here. If you know of another clinic out here with the same or better quality and cheaper then let a fellow patient know..........

Dont remember the name of the guy that served me. He wasnt very talkative. A hispanic dude that wasnt too old I believe. Doubt I will ever go back to find out. Guess its out more towards LA.

I just made my first visit up to MEC today and overall my experience was excellent. Living in murrieta I was under the impression that there were no closer clinics than the one in San Clemente (up the ortega and crazy long drive with wicked traffic)

MEC not only had twice as good as a selection but the quality was pretty top of the line. The menu pictures are pretty pinpoint to what they look like in person. Being a patient that suffers from anxiety I felt this collective to be extremely comforting in the setting it is in as opposed to some of the ones up in Long Beach/LA areas.

The server was very friendly even when I asked for a price total at certain points in my buying selection =]

I bought a half ounce of Bubba Kush (was pretty expensive but worth it)
and a quarter of Blue Dream
Free J
and 15 percent off

overall I'm very pleased with MeC and I'm glad to say that this will be my new home.

pre weight huh well fiuck that i dont trust these fools just cuz there my care giver,when i go im bringing my own scale if they got a problem ill go to my guy around the cornor -i would only come here for hash or 15 dollars grams,i just have way to many dank connects with better grown bud and cheaper prices-----just wnated to say -good for hash good for sacks under 20bucks anything else -ur over paying doggys =P
