We do not sell quarter pounds of medication. One ounce is the most we allow per visit.

FYI, depending on law enforcement and where you are stopped, even with a recommendation, you can still receive a ticket for less than one ounce possession. More than one ounce could turn into much more than a misdemeanor. For this reason, if you have to travel in a car with your medication, we recommend no more than one ounce.

My mistake, i meant a quarter. Blah, i went in today and you were all out of the Jack Herer as well as the gods gift. You sold out in one day :( I ended up leaving with a g. of Hendrix, which doesn't really spark my interest.

I agree with B.U.D. about getting some pictures up with prices. it would have saved me an hour and twenty dollars if i could have seen some of the strains you carry online.

even know that it is right to pick up more than one ounce of meds you shouldnt be liable once we leave the shop its on the people who leave with more than an ounce not you. i have a cargegivers card and i have five patients you mean to tell me i cant come in and pick up for each one of those patients that i have sounds kinda fishy sounds someones trying to make a shit load of money cause its not even being taxed yet and at one ounce at a time goes for way too much its a bit cheaper to by qps or hps THE ALLOTTED AMOUNT PER PATIENT IS 1 half pound per patient :thumbdown::thumbdown:

As we said, some law enforcement do not view our medication the same. Yes, CA law states that you can carry up to 8 ozs. with your recommendation, however carrying less than one ounce may spare you from a lengthy day in court. I speak from personal experience of having one eighth in my car, with a recommendation, and still received a marijuana ticket. Most law enforcement will respect the recommendation, but not all. No one is saying you can't drive around with 2.5 pounds in your car, but I'd rather not take my chances. And no, we would not be liable for a patient after they leave, however one misunderstanding with police after leaving our facility can look bad for all of us.

Secondly, we are not yet at the capacity to sell more than one ounce to patients. Keep in mind that we are still new, and the only collective around. We are not yet ready to sell in bulk(more than 1 oz. at a time). We cater to patients who live in this area and want to save gas money and time.

You are now talking about a different circumstance. Patients who we serve are very different from caregivers who deliver medication. I am simply trying to answer a question about what we allow to leave our facility. Caregivers have special paper work and take certain risks so that the rest of us may benefit.

To answer your question about my ticket, it was dismissed. :thumbup: I did have to spend several hours in court though.

How are we saving gas money by coming to you? It's REAL funny how when I go to LA or Palm Springs I always walk out the door with more money and WAY better meds. than when I visit your location. I usually pull $300 out of the ATM on my way to get my meds. every week. If I go to you guys I come home with a 1/2 oz. of mediocre "TOP SHELF" and no money left over. If I go anywhere else (Palm Springs or LA) I manage to come home with REAL TOP SHELF meds and money left over, and that's after I put $30 in the gas tank!

Don't try and give us patients all that BS on how you're trying to "Cater" to us and save us money when it's clearly obvious the only thing you guys are trying to "Cater" to is your own greed!:001_tt2:

Take your BOOTY-ASS weed back across the the Mexican border where you got it from and try and sell it down there for $70 an 1/8.:thumbdown:

Clubs like yours don't seem to last too long in my experience for a few reasons:

1.) Compassion at $70 an 1/8? That's the biggest oxy-moron since JUMBO SHRIMP!

2.) Trying to take credit for something you guys AREN'T doing like "Saving us money..." The only thing you guys are saving is your own financial situations.

I have to agree with most of the posts this place sucks been there twice and never going back. Crapy meds I got the jackpot it looked goodand smelt wonderful but smoked like shit and that's their top shelf I will continue to make the drive every two week and drop 500 plus I spend every two weeks.
