Just another example of the unfriendly small business atmosphere here in Los Angeles. I didn't read all the fine print on the proposed ordinance but there are some onerous security requirements for collective cultivation. It seems to box cultivators into a financial corner with brutal security costs which can only be recouped by larger grows. Large enough for the DEA to get interested? |
