Tip for Arthritis patients

Not sure if this has been posted before but I will throw it up just in case. I'll give a little background first. My mom worked for almost 20 years repairing and calibrating fuel controls for aircraft, lots of small adjustments with a screw driver. This has left her with constant pain in her hands. Now a friend of mine mom told him about an old Mexican remedy they would use for pain, specifically arthritis using rubbing alcohol and stems.

Basically it couldn't be more simple, take your extra stems and soak them in rubbing alcohol for at least a few weeks shaking it every day, I use actual bud as well as stems to help the strength. After that just rub a very small amount (half a cap full) on the area with pain and that's that. The more stems & bud you use in the mixture the better, personally I dump out a quarter or a third of the alcohol and add enough bud to fill it back up to the top and after that I just add stems when I have them.

The results are hard to believe, pain goes away instantly and for a while. I honestly couldn't believe how well it works, I thought it had to be placebo but my mom has been keeping notes. She uses it a couple time a day on her hands which never stopped hurting before, she told me that it will keep her pain free for about 5 hours. Also, my girlfriend has used it for cramps and she says they go away instantly.

I'm curious if anyone else does stuff like this and how well it works for them. Every time I harvest I take the shake and stems and make a few bottles of this.

Re: Tip for Arthritis patients

half of a small bottle (3 ounces maybe) depending on the size you are making, the gel, not the juice, you can buy it at wholefood or health store or if you have a plant, you can use fresh aloe. you can add rosemary and eucalptus too to it. You can use equal portion of herbs in a large jam bottle and fill 3/4 with alcohol.
good luck

I've seen this sort of thing on sale at Co-Ops and it's a lot for a tiny bottle. The stuff I make at home is White Widow and an AK cross, go figure. And I have a Purple Kush one but I haven't really used it, the stuff lasts a long time.

Aloha Fellaz!

Hey thanks for posting this info. Would you happen to know if it would work for Acute Gout Attacks! Gout is 100x more painful when an acute attack happens!

I'll try this out when i get another Gout Attack (i get about 2 a year) I'll let you know, but, if any of you know of a gout patient doing this let me know!

Thanks Again

Re: Tip for Arthritis patients

I don't know about gout but I know it doesn't work for all pain. Sadly it has very little affect on the pain you feel when a kidney stone is passing through your kidney. But neither did vicodin but still it's not gonna conquer all pain but it's worth a try.

Re: Tip for Arthritis patients

I was just dealing with them for so long I became ambivalent. I never even went back to get the ultra sound thing to break them up, which was probably a bad idea but I was just tired of going to the doctor at that point. I have been without them for a while now, it all started after I started doing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I guess getting knocked around a bit caused them to break loose.
