Rep Power: 123 | Re: Links: Arthritis Thank you soooo much for these links. RA is my affliction, as I have written often here, and I am constantly experimenting to find the right strains for all the situations. One of the things I have learned in my battle is that my body is like a barometer and, whether the pressure is going up or down, strong shifts either way mean a lot of chronic pain, stiffness, low grade fever and that exhausted little, nagging voice inside, whispering: "why don't you just give up and stay in bed today; you can't win no matter how tough you think you are." It is a real bear when you travel for work as much as I do from time to time (just returned from 4, nearly back-to-back trips, in and out of hot, dry, wet, cold, back and forth~~~ my joints this morning are like the fireworks finale on the 4th of July.) I will study each of these links and report back on what is helpful for other WT-arthritis sufferers-- we need to help each other on this! Thanks for your hard work! |
