Cool Students attending CSUF/CAL POLY/MTSAC/FJC/others

Are there any MMJ groups n such going on at any of these campuses? If not, i would definitely be interested in establishing one.

Re: Students attending CSUF/CAL POLY/MTSAC/FJC/others

Good show my friend! I was HEAVILY involved in Fresno State student politics in 1998-99 and I, along with a few less outspoken supporters, campaigned mightily for the passage of prop 215. Oddly, one girl's father was a Federal Judge which is why they chose to be on the hush.
It helped that I had just beaten terminal cancer with the assistance of the original Cannabis Buyer's Club. I still have the card form Dennis Peron's second club that was on Market Street. It was a cool gig, about providing pesticide and fungus free cannabis to patients like me whose immunties had been compromised. I bought into it and sang the praises to the world every morning on my daily Jazz and news show on 90.7 KFSR.
It was a a great day in California election history!
....and the rest, is......

niiiiice! good job tom! i havent heard anything from any students yet, but im looking forward to establishing something very soon.

this could possibly be used to spark some change in San Bernardino county regarding the ID card system, the sheriffs standpoint on mmj, collectives in ie, and etc.

Sorry it took me so long to re-find this post (I chased a rep).
Anyhow, I think the student population is where any area changes will start. You've got access to a very receptive audience of legal voting age. Politicos as well as sheriffs will pay attention out of fear of pissing off a strong constituancy.
Good fortune be to you.

That's great to hear that you did something positive locally. Fresno tends to have some smart people, but few vocal for various reasons I'm sure.
