As bad as this looks, A post from a family member on another site mentioned the rest of the story, or atleast a good part of it. it can be found here: http://forums.castanet.net/viewtopic.php?f=23&p=553753

Lets not be so quick to jump the gun guys, this lady is trying to do her job, although she is rude about it. I know the family is trying to get him moved into another home where it wont be an issue. it seems like alot of this is about choice.
