well I got a call from my mom today while I was at work. She stopped by to drop somethings off and pick up some meds I had for her there. when she went by there were 7 cop cars and cops walking in and out of my house. I do grow the state min for me, my mom and grandparents so i had 24 plants, and about a half lb from the last grow. I dont sell to anybody or make any money off of it. I do it to save money and to help out my family.

Well the cops took everything, my landlord wants me out now and i cant get to any of the money in my bank right now. I'm hungry and cant buy food, my head is pounding and i cant make it stop. This isnt fair, i pay my taxes and have never been in trouble! i just dont understand! I dont know whats going to happen, if i'm going to jail or what but this sucks! Watch your back everybody!

as long as you were as you stated within the limits and had all proper paperwork such as caregiver forms then you will be fine.

I have copys of it now. i had everything posted in the room and they took it but like i said i have copys of everything!

good glad to hear that you have the copies, most cops do not care about the forms or that, they just look at it as a grow.

When you go to court, present the paperwork and once it is tossed out of court file a return of property motion so you can get your stuff back.

Like I said in my last post, really sorry to hear that this has happened to you. What city was this in if you do not mind me asking.

I dont know. I think it could have been the guy down the street. he asked if i could get he some herb from the club and i said no because i could get in trouble and ever since then he has been being a dick! the only people who knew about it where my mom, grandpa and pa and my girl.

I was cited and have a court date, gonna lawyer up tomorrow. and the landlord was a really cool guy. I know its not coming from him but the cops in this town are rude as hell and will make his life hell if i dont move now.

Stick to your guns! You have not done anything illegal from what you described. Your landlord is not supposed to be hassled by the cops.

As you know the law enforcement community is online and the more information you give out now, it can only come back to haunt you. did they execute a search warrent?i would also file a civil claim against the county/city filed concurrently with your not guilty plea same day.also pictures of your grow and the appropriate documentation posted everywhere makes them look like the bureaucratic thug peestains they truly are.don't talk to anyone or admit anythingto leo at this point,yea ur probably right about your neighbour me I would pay that fucker back..dropping dimes on people unfortunately is not illegal so it might have been your landlord investigate further before commiting to any action.

you need to definitely file a claim write letters subpeona all information regarding the warrent,criminal complaint against you and your family.
you will probably get your equipment(filing for return of property) after charges are dropped,but they will just say your meds,and anything you grew were turned over to d.a.

thwn ask you landlord that prick down the street y they are dropping dimes on you if your suspicions are true and you find out who it is be sure to let everyone know what a piece of shit SNITCH he is.
i just had 2 plants ripped from me somebodsy scaling a 7 foot wall,put security cameras up and some fencing along with a sign saying the premises are under electronic surveilance and forget thedog beware of th owner.good luck!

If you plan on investigating who ratted you out... and find out who did it... make sure you don't do anything rash...

Everybody hates a snitch... so I don't think exposing them (whoever it is) would be out of the question at all... but I'm just saying... if I were in your position... I would be really mad!!!

And if I found out who was responsible... I would prob instantly start thinking of ways to get back at them... but honestly... even if you do successfully get back at them somehow... i doubt its gonna improve your situation at all... it could end up bringing you even more trouble... and I know you don't want that...

Anyways... what I'm trying to say is... sometimes its best to let karma handle it... that way... when that prick gets what he deserves... you won't be held responsible... by the police or anybody else...

Thanks again everybody!!!!!!! yesterday i talked with my lawyer, I showed him the paper work and he said theres nothing to worry about! My landlord is a cool guy! I grew up with his kid since we were both 2 years old. Hes letting me stay and not giving me any shit for it at all! He is backing me %100 now! Thanks everybody! If any of you are in the nor cal and need help please let me know! I hope everybody stays safe and out of trouble!


P.S. I found the rat and even though I'm not going to do anything because fighting or hurting other people wont make the world a better place!but like everybody says karma is a bitch and one day he will get his!:partysmile:
