I went up tonight and spoke before the G.G. city council, as well as a few other patients and Activist, I had no intention of talking, But, as there was a lack of support, I felt that was the least I could do..They voted 4-1 to ban Disp/ Coops Collectives..What a shame !!

Its a sad day when very few patients stand up for themselves and others, Whether you have been to unit-d or not, Liked it or disliked it. They are part of this community and were doing something that not to many have the balls to do..

There lack of eduction by the Counsel members on the whole subject was astounding, and the lies that were blatantly told by their own police officer ( Saying an increase in crime and that they had no knowledge of unit-d) wasn't surprising to me..
There has to be an organization formed and a group of individuals that goes to City officials and educates them on the benefits of MMJ in their community..The stigma that has been put on Cannabis for so long is what is holding this movement back.. Education is the key!! Hurst got it illegal by educating people with false info, Lets reverse that by doing the same with facts!

So if Unit-D decides to close there door I will be sad, Wish there would of been an ASA member there speaking out or a Canorml advocate (Speak out) or Disp Coop/Collective owners... Not one, There was about 12 people there, Not a very good turn out from O.C. patients!!

When they come to your home and take your rights it will be to late for you to do anything!! Today was the first time I personally ever spoke out against something I believe in, In Public!!That was the least I could do considering all those that have fought for me to even have the right to be called a Patient..

Thanks again Unit-D for trying, Thanks for having the courage to stand in the forefront in a time when there are very few real Leaders!! You guys Rock and stay strong and keep up the good fight!!

They are having a re vote, and their was an article in the paper bashing Garden Grove for doing this! Ill try to find the Article!
