We will not go unheard. Although you, like me, may have never been to NNCC, we need to lodge complaints NOW before this brand of thuggery is inflicted upon your own dispensary.

More than three-quarters of the voters in Los Angeles County want to see medical marijuana dispensaries regulated, rather than prosecuted and forced to close, according to a poll released today by a national organization that supports marijuana legalization.
The poll, completed Monday and Tuesday, also found that 74% support the state's medical marijuana law, while 54% want to see marijuana legalized, regulated and taxed.

The Marijuana Policy Project, based in Washington, D.C., commissioned the poll by an independent firm, Mason-Dixon Polling & Research, after Los Angeles County Dist. Atty. Steve Cooley threatened all dispensaries in the county with prosecution.

Cooley and Los Angeles City Atty. Carmen Trutanich argue that the stores, which now number in the hundreds, are selling marijuana for profit in violation of state law.

"I think the take-home message here is voters in L.A. County overwhelmingly support the state's medical marijuana law. They think dispensaries, properly regulated, can be a part of that, and Mr. Cooley's really out of step," said Bruce Mirken, the California-based spokesman for the organization.

I called the number 213-485-3586, a man named Richard F. answered the phone, Very nicde and polite. I was polite, nice, but firm with the words of being disscussed. I asked if he was a deputy or the watch comander or any part of public relations, he replie"I am just a civilian". I went on asking for any deputy or representetive of the PD force to talk to me, replied "everyone is in a very important meeting"
WOW meetin for what, are they smoking NNCC'c herb? Or just planning another f..... up raid?

I for 1 called both numbers, I think anyone willing to stand up should do it and just act like it.

I for one am going to be devastated by the loss of NNCC if they don't get to come back. I noticed they aren't listed here on WT now? What? So is this permanent now? I am working disabled, and their sample program was sometimes the only way I got through a day. Their compassion with prices is ALWAYS how I got through the week. I'm really happy the guy I tease as my boyfriend (I'm a lesbian) wasn't there, but I do have so many other boyfriends in there (since they don't let us girls work there!) that I love to death. I can probably count the hands I have kissed in my lifetime, and two were there.

Does anyone else know of sample programs? Does anyone really know a place that did more for the economy, the cost of meds, the enacting of true compassion? Is there? I have been to several and found very few. Out of respect to NNCC, I wont list the couple others that I respect deeply; but I love them. I saw the news crew tonight there (I live close by) and talked to the crew for a while. They were wanting to get me an interview, but the guy had a short shot time and wasn't doing the shop directly. I woulda stood up for my boys.

I love you guys and you all know life it rough without you. I'm glad everyone I heard was okay.

Yesterday I made a call to the 800 number.
I got a Sargent that answered. She asked my name and I spelled it then my ph#. She put me on hold to check my record? A Lt of the LAPD Internal Affairs got on the phone and asked how he can help me. I told him I wanted o have him some how record and pass on my complaint as a Voter in the SFV L.A. and Woodland Hills. I told him I was upset with the LAPD raided NNCC in Reseda yesterday. He asked meif I knew that they had a serch warrant signed by a Judge. I responded by that's why I am complaining! We talked and I made him aware the entire MMJ community is upset that they are taking away our safe access with out regard to how we will get our legal medicine. We discussed the non performance of the City Counsel helping legitimate ill and dying patients. He asked me where I got the number and I told him WT a forum for MMJ patients to help each other find safe and HadiCap access to our needed and legal medicine. He was talking to someone with hm and they found the thread here @ WT. So they are always her reading.....
He thanked me for calling I thanked him for listening.

I hope this post isn't against the rules but still don't know why it was removed yesterday. If removed again without a MOD or ADMIN PMing me I will assume that LEO has some power we'all dont know about....
