In my opinion and my two cents . . . . .

Dogs are the products of their owners . . . . .

If you see a dog with poor behavior, look at the owner.

Any breed can be trained to be aggressive.

It is the responsibility of the owner to see that their pets are well behaved and social.

What I hate is when some dog is allowed to jump up on you and the owner says . . . . duh, he's just glad to see you . . . . how stupid is that.
