A Fighter's Heart by Sam Sheridan is my fav mma book out there. Not an instructional though, its a book about the author and his time training in Thailand at Fairtex, and with the Militich camp in Iowa, and training with the original BTT team (Noguiera bros) in Brazil, and Andre Ward in Oaktown, and other cool places. Great book. A glimpse of MMA without the ufc goggles on.
