It may be painful, but get a lawyer.....DO NOT try to represent yourself in court....no matter what others may tell you. You will get SCREWED if you try to play attorney....period, dotcom...

BTW...It's my understanding that "Talking on Cell Phone" is a secondary offense...that is ...not a valid reason to pull you over....
