Re: *sugar, the mark of cane...* Honey is an excellent 'sweet' source ,but like anything else must be used in 'moderation' ~ too much honey at one time , can affect insulin processing just like concentrated white sugar ~ ''whole fruit'' is prolly 'safest' source for sweet taste ~ any 'concentrated' source ,ie.,'fruit juice' (undiluted) ,will affect body's insulin production/emotional extremes just as sugar itself ~ that is all
