one thing that always helps me calm down in any situation is a nice relaxing warm shower or bath. Sipping on warm/hot tea or soup usually helps too. Excersizing helps me with anxiety and will make you come down faster but might not be the best option when stoned out of your skull. I also sometimes find that after munching out i find myself feeling slightly more sober. It sucks being overly medicated but the best way to avoid it is to start out with small doses and work your way up till your at the perfect level. hope this helps
