| Re: Grilling! This is a story of how I started to like jalapenos....why it took a Mexican so long baffles me. One day my friend and i got super stoned and he decided to makes some bomb burgers.....i was intrigued by his style so i watched his every move.
He got his beef and put it in a bowl. He opened a CAN of chopped jalepenoes and poured the juice in the beef. He also added worshisher (i cant spell that shit) sauce and some Monterey Steak seasoning (i cant remember the brand). He mixed the beef to distribute the flavors around.
After letting it marinade for and hour or two he brought out the beef and made the into bowl like patties. He threw in some jalepeneos in one "beef bowl" and got another "beef bowl" and covered the top, pinching the edges to seal in the jalapenos. He repeated this step until all the beef was gone.
Next thing i knew those hunks (and i mean hunks) of meat were on the grill, once they were done i had about 3 of those bad boys, forever falling in love with jalapenos.
Gee i hope i didn't leave out a step. Make sure your get a can jalapeno with the juice still in there...i think this made a major difference in flavor. And don't forget the pepper jack cheese!
If you accomplish this lemme know what you think!
