I smoked my very last cigarette May 24, 2005 on the way to the hospital. I almost suffocated due to pneumonia and could not get a full breath of air.
I puffed away for 43 years and I was at 3 packs a day.
I also keep the last pack of cigarettes I opened and it is hanging on my wall as a reminder.
Quitting seems a little easier if you choose life over tobacco.
