I'm not sure who at ASA you've contacted, but we'd be happy to include your court dates in our alerts. Just to let everyone know, we don't publicize state cases until they reach jury selection and trial, for the following reasons:
1) There are hundreds of cases going on at any given time.
2) Most state cases are dropped pretty quickly, far before reaching trial.
But if anyone is facing trial for state medical marijuana charges and wants support at the trial, please let us know and we'd be more than happy to publicize.

Also, in general, we don't put any court dates, events, city hearings, etc. in our weekly alert until 2 weeks before the event. Otherwise, the alerts would be far too long and unmanageable.
