Actually, stress seems to be at the root of the problem or at least the chemicals stress dumps into my brain. I started getting migraines at age 14. The bad ones. Light & sound sensitivity, vomiting, the whole nine yards.

When I was programming for a big company the stress gave me 1 to2 migraines a week. The first time I was given Xanex in 1998, my migraines almost disappeared completely. I still get some real bad ones.
