Dude, seriously, he's not going to answer you. That's not how it works. You're a random citizento him, and if ya live in Canoga Park, you're not even one of his constituents. Politicians do not write individual responses to letters or e-mails, and they definitely don't make personal calls to voters.
Don't get me wrong, calling is good. But it sounds like you're doing more than that. It seems like you're trying to pressure him into responding to ya; that is impractical and unwise. I understand that you're both frustrated with this guy, but harassing his staff or your neighborhood council isn't the answer.
