Hey now CarlSagan ,always interested in broadening the horizon ~ could you please enlighten us as to which states offer a *taxstamp on illicit dope ?!? ~ thanks in advance

In 1933 the federal gov't issued a TaxStamp for possession of marijuana ~ only thing is ,'not one' of the stamps were ever issued

~ me wonders if this is a similar type gov't scam ? ~ that is all
