This is Louisiana. Apparently if you know Black people and you "Let them" use "Your" toilet, you are not a racist. I know that New Orleans and Louisiana still have some racism but I would expect better from a public official.

From personal experience I know that Black and White couples are treated worse than Latino and White or Asian and White couples. I always find the levels of bias to be facinating, it seems like there is a heirarchy of what is OK and what is taboo.
