As a former medical grade industrial grower, I can tell you that mooniegoogoo's idea is not technically feasible with the regulations being proposed. A key clause will be the number of people in a collective before all the reporting and security requirements become mandatory. It may be as little as three (3) members. With 200 members, the requirements will undoubtedly kick in. Then there is the problem of supplying 200 people with less than 100 plants which is the proposed limit for an entire collective regardless of its size. To grow any more than 100 plants will trigger a federal response as surely as night follows day. There will be no more vendors, employees, or kids. Just overhead and lots of it.
