Thread title my friend, thread title. IMHO you could have made this into a legit question about how much influence he has over career LEO's, and what role the White House might play in such matters. Obama is against legalization, he has always stated that. This Emery situation does not involve MMJ, which Obama has voiced support for. It would be kinda unusual for him to spin 180 degrees and interject in this case. It's disengenuous to expect Obama to step into a pleaded out case no matter what the offense was. Is Obama the ultimate Fall Guy for every negative thing in the world?
