if its highly taxed, that wont discourage the marijuana black market.. people will still buy from the street. which is why I think the government would be wise to tax it, just not heavily. maybe charge 30-35 bucks an 1/8th total, 200 for an oz of medicine. if it does get legalized, id expect nothing less or forget it. ill grow my own. just my 2 cents. :)
