Umm if you have your hash in a bag that they sealed for you and the cop finds the bag, well then he is not allowed to legally open it. There are also laws to protecting patients against concentrates, but concentrates are considered a felony in any amounts. If your buddy is a patient he should be able to get out of any trouble he has, unless you guys were smoking or some dumb shit
